All orders received are processed and shipped within 0-2 working days or delivery date agreed at the time of order.  

Orders are shipped through India Speed Post or Domestic Private Courier Service as per your (customer) choice at the time of placing the order.  

In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn’t available or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange a backorder or a full refund.
