We understand that sometimes preferences change, but unfortunately, we cannot accept returns solely based on personal preference or sudden changes of mind. Our return policy covers cases where the product is damaged during shipping or if there was a packaging mistake with the proof of unboxing video, If you receive a damaged product or notice any packaging issues, please reach out to our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery for assistance.

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
